Shift Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm

A marketing and communications professional with strong understanding of professional marketing services. Someone who can partner with US Strategic Marketing Planners (SMPs) to plan and execute a portfolio of marketing programs, develop marketing strategies by designing campaigns and creating communication plans to enhance the firm's brand value and propagate its services.

An individual who thinks differently and strategically, and keeps current on the latest trends. A team player who can jointly build campaigns tied to business objectives, can assist and guide the SMPs on best practices in web content management, digital marketing, SEO optimization, and email campaigns.

Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to jointly plan and design, and independently measure and report marketing campaigns that are in line with the practice priorities

- Strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm - marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting

- Experience with various digital platforms like salesforce, Eloqua and social platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and SlideShare

- Expertise in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts

- Ability to scope, analyze, and present data in intuitive graphical formats and interesting frameworks

- Ability to make connections in highly matrixed environment, with eye on integration and collaboration

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

- Think differently, influence, and drive conversations with leaders and marketers

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Manager in Deloitte Services LP, a subsidiary of the Deloitte US Firms, you will contribute to the growth and development of the organization in a variety of ways.

Key job responsibilities include:

- Work with the SMPs to understand business and marketing priorities, and assist in designing marketing plans and campaigns that will deliver business value

- Participate in strategic planning, assessment, and reporting. Support collection and analysis of measurement metrics and ROI reporting

- Manage and oversee the email campaign program including: execute email distribution strategy, campaign scheduling, and Areas of Interest (AOI) support

- Keep abreast with the changes in the business environment to understand market drivers and issues, competitive environment, target clients, to influence marketing plans

- Develop stronger client relationships and play a vital role in driving successful marketing programs by owning sections of larger campaigns

- Develop, implement and own metrics and KPIs to measure success

The team:

- SMPs are key marketing professionals in the Marketing and Communications team at Deloitte who convert business needs into powerful marketing strategies and impactful campaigns. The India team provides efficient, flexible, quality support to SMPs through innovative solutions that facilitate strategic decision making.

Qualifications and experience required:

- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with strong understanding of integrated marketing and communication strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results

- Master's degree ideally with a focus in Marketing and Communication or a related business field
