Assistant Manager - Learning & Development (On contract - 6 months)   The person will be part of L&D and will be responsible for :   - Implement global learning strategy and priorities aligned to business requirements   - Detailed training needs analysis and global roll out plans   - Drive the managerial and leadership development roadmap for the organization   - Identification of learning partners   - Drive the implementation of new Learning Management System (LMS)   - Evaluate the impact of training, efficacy of the training interventions and methodologies used on an ongoing basis   - Bring in the contemporary methodology mix in learning and establish a learning culture   Location : Mumbai   - This is a contract role for 6 months.
