Deputy Manager - HR Due Diligence

Designation : Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager
- Assisting large multinationals clients, private equity houses to other corporates and promoter driven businesses across the breadth of advisory activities including buy side/sell side assistance, M&A, demerger/carve out advisory, etc from HR perspective
- Work on multiple transactions ; due diligence projects/post-deal integration and post deal value enhancement such as organization design, day 1 readiness, etc
- Provide insight to the target to assess real-world capabilities, performance, concerns and potential through all stages of acquisition, divestiture and merger
- Analyze employee census, payroll and benefits data and documents, prepare reports, recommendations and memorandums for key findings
- Support active deal activities including financials analysis/ due diligence and internal presentations
- Performing analysis on data provided and arriving at conclusions / identifying issues/red flags
- Delivering and reviewing high-quality, HR DD transaction reports and other M&A work products
- Developing integration and execution plans aligned to post deal transactions
- Managing and coordinating project's deliverable together with the rest of the Deloitte team
- Developing quality deliverables within agreed timelines
Mandatory :
- A postgraduate degree in management from leading India or global business school.
- 3-8 years of post-qualification work experience
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory environment/labour laws, HR policies and processes, employee life cycle activities, rewards, etc
- Proficient in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred :
- Knowledge on labor codes and experience in related assignments would be an added advantage
- Experience in strategy or M&A advisory with consulting firm
- Mix of advisory and industry experience, though industry experience is not mandatory
