Job description:

- Accurate accounting and comply with local GAAP

- Accurate financial reporting to Head quarter in timely manner

- Financing and investment planning

- Work closely together with CEO India and finance team in India in both strategic and operations questions

- Coordinate and work closely with other countries/subsidiaries of company/group

- Cash Management, drive Cash flow and improvement of Net Working Capital

- Monitor performance of local entities and take actions to improve result

- Be in close contact with auditors

- Drive budget process in India including regular follow-ups

- Responsible for on-time filing of all statutory requirements in India for the Group companies.

- Contributing to the development of our business in India

KEY Skills :

- Accounting local GAAP

- Strong skills in ERP systems, preferably in setting up an ERP system

- Industrial business experience in manufacturing company

- Forecasting and Budget

- 15 years of experience

- Fluent in English

- Business ethics and transparency

- Data analysis and ROI evaluations

- Relationship and conflict management.

- Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
