- We are looking for young, energetic hustlers (preferably female) to be part of our team with Della Leaders Club [DLC], The World s 1st Business Platform that stands on the six pillars of - DLC Forums, DLC Knowledge, Brand Collaborations, You Turn, DLC Genie and 19 Global Summits, which give your members curated, ready to apply credible Business and Lifestyle knowledge provided by 2200+ Domain experts Thought Leaders globally.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop a deep understanding of DLC as a product/platform and its members.

2. Based on the MIS maintained by the Pre-sales team approach and close on sales for membership

3. Work on a potential target list of paid members for DLC within the categories allotted to you by the Sales head.

4. Develop a thorough understanding of industry segments across which the platform functions i.e. Business Lifestyle and their sub-segments

5. Conduct market research to identify potential clients.

6. Work on possible alliances with brands whose key professionals you are targeting for a paid membership.

7. Do sponsorship sales for events across the categories for which you are responsible.

8. Be responsible for revenue collection post member/sponsor confirmation.

9. You will be expected to handle end to end sales i.e. from the point of first communication up till the sales revenue closure

10. Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal team members to prepare deliver presentations and inform the clients of the product.

11. Be expected to achieve targets as agreed by the management for you.

12. Hunt for new business service existing business closed by you.

Job Expectations :

Candidate Requirements :

1. Preferred experience of 5 to 8yrs in sales and marketing

2. Should be proficient with Microsoft tools should have excellent presentation skills.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Should be dynamic, aggressive, keen to learn new things and a go-getter.

5. Should be passionate about his or her work.

6. Someone who can grow with the organization and put the needs of the organization first.

7. Should have the ability to think strategically work across functions internally to achieve the desired result in the stipulated time.

8. Should have a passion for understanding the end consumer and identify their requirements.

9. A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
