The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.
Key Responsibilities :
- The individual will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and will support end to end recruitment for various line of business.
- Responsible for ensuring hiring process functions in a smooth manner
- Administers & supports the staffing/employment/recruiting programs.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining a quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Be an Advisor to business on recruitment strategy and market in-sights
- Ensures adherence to applicable legal regulations.
Essential Requirements :
- Minimum Graduate ( MBA OR Post- Graduation preferred )
- 3+ years of recruitment exp. in corporate .
- Strong inter-personal skills & business acumen
- Strong sourcing skills using Social Media and job portals
- Ability to work under tight schedules & multi-task
- Strong Customer Services orientation
