As Sourcing Expert you would be responsible for the identifying the right kind of professionals from the industry to match the hiring needs. Should be well versed with using various sourcing channels. In depth of knowledge on working on various job boards. Very good understand expertise on working on Social Media channels.

Role Responsibilities:

- Sourcing for our Sales business

- In depth knowledge in working with various job portals

- Understanding the job requirements from the business

- Identifying the various channels of sourcing for the requirement

- Expertise in using search features in job boards & social media channels

- Data Management of candidates sourced

- High interaction with candidates sourced through various channels.

- Working with cross functional teams, Hiring Managers

- Well versed in using MS-Excel

- Experience in working on Taleo will be an added advantage.

Role Requirements:

- 5 years+ experience in hiring - specialized in sourcing. Experience in Sales sourcing is a MUST

- Sourcing for sales for Hardware Products (Desktops / server / storage/ networking)

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Proven ability to understand the requirements & identify the right sourcing strategy.

- Experience in working on sourcing for various roles for the sales business

- Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills.

- Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.

- Graduate degree and/or MBA is a plus
