Financial Analysis Sr. Advisor - APJ Commercial business  Overview :  This FP&A role will report to India Commercial Finance Sr. Manager & would be based in Bangalore.   The incumbent will lead the planning, forecasting and close activities of Global Commercial Center (GCC) business, as well as working closely with country Finance Controllers to perform analytics necessary to drive the business.  Main duties and responsibilities :  - Work closely with central team in Annual Plan and Semi-annual Forecast on APJ GCC business, splitting the targets to APJ countries by product families and segments level   - Participate actively in weekly BMS discussion, provide financial analysis, interlock with finance controllers on current week and quarter-to-date Revenue & Margin trajectory/ variance analysis   - Work closely with Controllers for sensitivity input during full quarter Outlook cycle, identify opportunities and process improvement   - Maintain, improve and build efficiency models, reports and analytics to support the various stakeholders, drive efficiency, and identify threats and opportunities   - Work with Global Reporting Center to provide accurate, up-to-date and timely financial data to business owners in user-friendly format   - Coordinate quarterly business reviews (Ops review, SOR, Kick off etc)   - Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions  Candidate profile :  - Post-graduation (MBA/PGDBM/ CA/ CS) qualification is desirable with strong knowledge of financial analysis methods  - 8+ years of experience in similar FP&A roles.   - Strong drive for results with ability to work under own initiative and with minimum guidance  - Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership capability, demonstrate success working across functionally and have the ability to work in a complex global environment  - Analytical and detailed oriented, has thorough ability to rapidly assimilate diverse data and make decisions, deliver quality results to deadline  - Must demonstrate customer focus  - Able to deal with ambiguity  - Possess good knowledge of MS Office Programs (especially Excel), and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
