Key Responsibilities :

- Manages the sale of the company products or services to specific existing strategic accounts on a national or large geographic basis. Manages a team of individual contributors or, at senior levels, managers and directors

- Establish sales through management of national or large geographic sales teams Attains team revenue and margin targets

- Ensures brand values are maintained Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members

- Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce

- Drive sales strategies and sales promotion campaigns Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members

- Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities Responsible for organizing cross functional teams' engagement with accounts

- Sells products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Software and Peripherals

- Implement sales and marketing strategy to drive site traffic & conversion @ Dell - For Work- website

- Analyze and deliver business impacting changes to commerce platform

- Work with cross functional teams - marketing / merchandising / planning / CRM to develop strategies around online demand generation

- Drive campaigns . promos to ensure best conversion rate

- Interacts and works across business functions

- Drives business process improvement efforts

- Understands complexities of the environment and works to solve routine business issues

- Collaborates with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly

Essential Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Good understanding of computer technology

- Results-oriented team player

- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

- Typically 12+ yrs experience in Outside Sales

Desirable Requirements :

- Language(s) plus high level of spoken and written English
