Dell - Senior Manager - Finance - Global Financial Services Business Unit

Role Overview :

We are looking for a professional, organized and reliable team player to join our growing Global Financial Services. The individual will be a Sr Manager for one of the segments in GFS BU. The successful candidate would be reporting to the Vice President.

Principle Accountabilities :

Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.

Manages the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce.

Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members

Recommends changes in methods or procedures to increase the efficiency

Establishes and monitors internal metrics and goals of the department.

Responds to internal and external account inquiries.

Role & Responsibilities :

Assists in establishing the organizational structure, policies and procedures for the assigned business.

Assists in establishing short and long term plans and strategies within the business.

Regularly interacts with and makes presentations to management

Responsible for managing work areas regionally.

Candidate requirement:

Typically 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Typically requires 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience
