Building great relationships with customers, we make a real difference. We also establish the systems that provide solutions to questions and problems. What's more, we report issues to design departments to make sure Dell continues to provide products that are better than ever. To keep up with constantly evolving technology, the team is fully trained whenever a product is upgraded or launched. Key Responsibilities : - Responsible to lead Managers and coaches. - Support a span of teams comprising of 50 associates and above. - The individual would be responsible in creating mechanisms for employee growth and development throughout the organization. - This would mean enabling the next level managers in creating succession plans and talent development. Will be an integral part of hiring people for the team, and other global functions within the organization - Develop and build team members IDPs, work closely with the team members to enhance the skills sets and support them on their career progression. - Responsible to lead highly complex teams that includes grades (IE and above). - Demonstrated ability to build, develop, direct, and manage a group of people. - Ability to support Business and provide solutions to customer pain points. - Ability to handle complex and ambiguous scenarios. Essential Requirements : - Identifying customer impacting issues, working out and implementing solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rate. - Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and drive strategy - Support Business and provide solutions to customer pain points - Organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments - Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency of the site. Understanding and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures. - Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures. - Develop and build Managers, coaches IDP- s, work closely with the team members to enhance the skills sets and support them on their career progression. - Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments. Adapt well to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy Desirable Requirements : - MBA with people manager experience of 12 years - Industry related experience. - Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes.
