ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Analyzes business data, providing assessments of trends, identifying and explaining variances from goals Elicits and documents business requirements to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends and insights that improve business performance
- Designs, develops and implements business intelligence dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis
- Proactively analyzes trends, causes and variances Champion process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics and data integration capabilities
- Maintains databases, cleansing and validating data as needed Develops database logic to extract required information for reporting Creates and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc reports
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- May coach and mentor other team members Determines future reporting requirements and strategic needs aligned to organization/corporate strategy
- Works with governing bodies to ensure metrics definitions are consistent globally Creates and implements mid- level reporting strategy
- Develops sophisticated solutions for difficult problems
- Delivers results that change business behavior and improve capability Collaborates with other teams and business groups Contributes to organizational goals and objectives
