In addition, the PM will provide expertise, guidance, and program management for internship and new college hire development programs, working with local leaders as a subject matter expert to ensure seamless execution and high-quality experience for Dell Technology Services college hires Key Responsibilities : - Manage, support and drive global recent graduate strategy, initiatives and governance - Manage Global demand planning, campus school and event strategy activities - Provide expertise, guidance, and program support to champions, HRBP's and partners - Build and maintain partnerships with Talent Acquisition, UR, Compensation and HR Ops - Cascade BU / Corp initiatives to regions via UR Regional PMs - Build and maintain partnerships with Talent Acquisition, UR, Compensation and HR Ops - Drive global Recent Grad Campus strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition Essential Requirements : - Proven cross-functional and global program management skills - ability to work collaboratively across teams in a highly matrixed environment to ensure deliverables are met and roadblocks are cleared in a timely fashion to provide a successful outcome - Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and specifically with senior leadership - Proven ability to deliver executive ready presentations - High level of detail-orientation - this job has oversight into metrics used to report progress up to senior leaders. Ability to manage data successfully with high level of accuracy is critical - Experience in talent management, recruiting or organizational development preferred - Basic business and financial acumen - Skilled with use of Excel and advanced PowerPoint experience required Desirable Requirements : - Experience in talent management, recruiting or organizational development preferred - 8+ years experience with bachelor's degree/PG preferred - Knowledge of Dell Services, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, University Relations is beneficial
