The APJ Online Business Leader role is an exciting opportunity to expand your product, business and management expertise and take a leadership position on management of Dell’s Online business for the Displays (LCD monitors and Projectors) and Client Peripheral Categories. These are critical product lines for Dell as they facilitate the complete customer experience for our Commercial and Consumer buyers and are an essential part of Dell’s Business Strategy in the End User Compute Business.  - The successful candidate will possess a very high level of business and financial acumen and be able to demonstrate strong command skills, written and verbal You will have thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment where you can be agile and responsive to ever evolving business needs.  Your key responsibilities in this role will be two fold:  - Firstly you will be responsible for developing and deploying highly effective demand generation activities, both in the form of campaigns and online tactics that drive revenue.   - Secondly, you will have an understanding of online tools that deliver the optimal customer experience for Dell’s commercial and consumer buys and works with stakeholders around the business to enhance these to deliver an ever improving experience.  Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:  - Drive and own Business Results  Meeting key business objectives for profitable business and market share growth:  - Deliver an effective weekly Business Management system with clear agreed action items  Setting Strategy:  - Implement a tight and effective Online client ecosystem merchandising strategy to maximize the value of End User computing systems for Dell  - Provide effective guidance to in-country marketing leadership on online business priorities  - Deliver and align an effective quarterly business plan. Drive to meet and exceed all business objectives  - Monitor competitive environment  - Monitor and optimize product revenue and profitability  Review and Enhance Online Tools:  - Review and Audit online content and tools across the Dell.com stores and Premiere commercial customer sites  - Review the competitive landscape and leverage industry best of breed and Dell best of breed knowledge to enhance these  - Innovate the online Go to market working with stakeholders across Dell divisions.  Execution:  - Develop winning campaigns for consumer and commercial buyers  - Align online go to market with offline priorities to ensure perfect synergy across all Dell channels  - Drive tangible, measurable results on online revenue and penetration growth  Forecast:  - Work with regional finance to develop an insightful and industry guided forecast guidance plan  - Ensure close collaboration with business stakeholders on the forecast plan load  Product Strategy development:  - Meet with PG and other key stakeholders  - Review product offering strategy / make calls on product range  - Align with regional colleagues on product strategy especially PLMs / PMs.  - Minimum 9+ years of relevant industry experience with exposure to Online Marketing and Brand functions.  - Bachelor degree/equivalent; MBA a plus.  - Good understanding of Consumer and Commercial PC systems and computing trends.  - Strong organizational and planning skills.  - Excellent presentation and influencing skills.  - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.  - Fluency in English (spoken and written) as well as Mandarin/Cantonese ( desired ).  - Familiarity with Asian business practices.  - High degree of integrity.  - Willingness and flexibility to travel around Asia as required.  - Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and demanding environment.
