The regional HR role is a multi-faceted role which has a significant impact on the site/location of responsibility. Broadly there are 3 areas of focus: 1. HR Country/Site Services : This includes site/country engagement, - Site/Country initiatives - like people planning, GPTW, etc. - Labor market analysis, - Site leadership development, - Site growth or closure, - BCRP and crisis management, - Local policy development, - Local legislative framework SME, - Represent Dell externally at the site - Compliance assurance - Labor relations - Community involvement 2. Management services : - High end HR consulting service (proactive and responsive) targeted to People Leaders to help them optimize their effectiveness as a leader. This would include digital solutions and consultant led solutions.&nbsp; - As - basic- solutions are digitized, RHR will continue to focus on value-added Consultant-led solutions.&nbsp; - As Business Unit HRBP teams drive strategic BU-level programs and initiatives, RHR MS Solutions can help accelerate implementation and impact, at every site globally. 3. Workforce Transitions Implementation : - Implementation of local Mergers &amp; Acquisition deals - Design/execution of business requirements with HRBPs/COEs - Talent and market analytics Responsible for development, implementation, administration and operation of high-value quality human resources programs, practices and procedures to all levels of team members.&nbsp; - Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders and succession plan, and drive business change efforts.&nbsp; - Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective team member relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures. - Develops, implements and administers company programs. Training and development experience is must have - Act as a consultant to business leaders and ensure site governance - Analyzes business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities - Understands all applicable governmental regulations and advocates compliance requirements - Provides consulting and business partnering to leaders in achieving company objectives - Responsible for coordinating and administering activities in several human resources functions such as employment, labor relations, compensation, learning and organization development, diversity, records, benefits and team member services - Assists in the formulation of various HR policies and procedures - Participates as key driver in human resource policy and program development in partnership with other senior human resource staff - Provides support to a large and/or complex group within the organization - Monitors projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget - Serve as lead point of contact on large/complex projects or programs - Demonstrates business and functional acumen by influencing work globally to align business and HR strategy - Has breadth of perspective both internally and externally - Possess in-depth negotiating, influencing and consulting skills - Exercises judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures - Work is performed with minimal direction Education and Experience : - Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 10+ years with a Master's degree; or 7+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
