Job Description :&nbsp; Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Provide thought leadership across the Support Center to deliver the strategy, the teams and the people that positions for Bangalore COE Support Center for long-term success - Collaborate across Dell Technologies to ensure a seamless experience of services which provide our customers with industry leading end-to-end support - Collaborate with and influence global cross-functional teams to achieve alignment to a shared vision focused on the critical priorities that drive the most value for Dell Technologies and our customers - Build, drive and deliver on multiple global initiatives with speed and accountability for superior results - Invest time and energy on building strong talent and organizational capability for the long-term success of Dell Technologies Services - Partner with internal stakeholders to manage the business and continuously execute to achieve financial commitments - Responsible for leading multiple Enterprise Support Management teams providing direction and strategic guidance in areas of Operational Execution and Value creation across the DellEMC Enterprise product suite - Define and drive performance standards and process improvements across the entire technical support organization to ensure set goals are met - Drive streamlined processes to enable a consistent and simplified support experience, brand loyalty, and customer retention Essential Requirements : - Understanding of Dell EMC's products and their value added to the customer . - Proven track record in building and scaling global organizations in the Enterprise Customer Service space - Collaborates with key stakeholders both internal and external. - Infrastructure Management teams - Is the key POC for all escalations related to Technical Support at the site and ensures resolution of such escalations. Minimization of such escalations. - Enhancing &amp; monitoring of the process/call audits, Knowledge checks through the leadership and effecting progressive changes - Responsible for Hiring for consumer support - both Internal and External for the site. - Responsible for Pay planning on an annual basis - Responsible for implementation of CSA &amp; ISO audits and also meeting standards laid out by them - Passionate of diversity and inclusion programs and drive it with in the organisation - Willing to work in Australia Time Zones (6.00AM to 2.00PM) Desirable Requirements - Minimum 15+ years of professional experience and 8-10 years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience). - Analytical ability, communication skills and problem solving skills
