Role :

Director for Quality (Infrastructure & Cloud Computing) is responsible for the overall Strategy, Management and control of Dell Services- Quality Systems and Process for the I&CC LoB reporting to the Executive Director for Quality in GDO. This individual will oversee the development, implementation and management of Quality Systems to support Infrastructure & Cloud Computing business and to strategize road-map in alignment with business and customer need. This role will work with Dell's leadership team and cross functional teams both at Strategic and execution level ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities :

- Create multi-year road-map, design, develop and implement Quality Systems for I&CC.

- Be an advisor to the GDO team on issues related to Delivery Quality.

- Collaborate with cross functional Leadership team to develop Quality Solutions

- Lead the existing and future road map for build and calibrations of all Quality requirements and standards.

- Adoption of new technologies into delivery operations (e.g. robotics) and evolving Quality and Delivery Assurance standards and Practice around these

- Budgetary and managerial responsibility for Quality assurance and Control programs/teams.

- Keep abreast of changes to quality regulations and guidelines. Advise the leadership team of all business any implications of changes, lead, manage and ensure proper training to any relevant change management programs through- out the organization. Lead and define the Audit Process and automate/regulate in a timely fashion.

- Lead Quality efforts in corporate development of analytical methods

- Ensure guidance, training and assimilation programs are given for Development Programs / Projects.

- Ensure in-process and finished products and processes conform to in-house policies and procedures as well as other applicable regulations and guidelines.

- Responsible for the development of client-driven QA Metrics and Targets for each Project / Program.

- Coordination of regulatory survey and reporting activities within the organization which would include compliance as per the set standards.

- Coach, mentor and lead highly dynamic team members to help achieve the requirements of this role as well as the individual career goals of team members.

- Represent Quality Assurance at Senior Management and Leadership review meetings for I&CC

Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience in IT Services Programs specific to Delivery Assurance and defining Quality standards.

- Must have minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Leading large scale QA Team at Leadership level for an organization with mature delivery set up based on ITIL framework

- People management experience for minimum of 5 to 7 years.

- Must have had led multiple QA Programs, Surveillance Audits and large scale process re-engineering initiatives at global level.

- Track record of ensuring consistent compliance to SAS 70, HIPPA, CMM L5, ISO requirements etc.

- Strong in IT Infrastructure & Cloud computing space. ITIL implementation

Qualification : Engineering Degree or related

Location : Bangalore/Noida.
