Title: BI&A delivery Director  Role : The BI&A delivery director is responsible for global delivery of BI&A across geographies and verticals. Providing overall leadership, proactively identifying and recommending strategies for growth; play an advisory role to customers, and help scale out this exciting practice within Dell Services  Responsibilities :  - Responsible for Global delivery of BI&A across geographies and Verticals   - Liaise with Vertical, technology and sales leaders to ensure successful delivery, risk mitigation and containment and growth   - Responsible for growth through account mining   - Build relationships with Customers, Vertical leaders, technology and Sales leaders   - Manages development, QA and support resources globally.   - Helps recruit, train and retain top talent into the BI&A group   - Mentor Program and Delivery managers to drive successful delivery, growth and talent management   - Proactively anticipates resource needs and manages resource and budget forecasts   - Keeps in touch with emerging technologies in the BI&A space and recommends incorporating these into the core product roadmap  Responsibilities :  - Should have played Project Manager role for at least 3-5 years directly managing project execution for both Fixed Price and T&M model projects preferably from Tier-1 Organizations   - Solid delivery experience who has managed end to end application development/support projects   - Should have played the role of Group Manager / Delivery Manager for at least 2 years for a large account or multiple accounts.   - Should have the ability to define customer specific delivery dashboards and should have led program reviews with customer using those dashboards   - Should have very good knowledge of project, account financials forecasting, revenue tracking, gross margin management etc.   - Should have experience managing Development, Maintenance, Re-engineering projects  Experience Required : 18-20 Years in IT Service Industry.  - NTT DATA plans to acquire Dell Services as announced on 28th March 2016.  - If you are selected for a Dell Services position and the transaction closes, your future employment will be with NTT DATA.
