Title : Delivery Manager
Role and Skills:
- The Delivery Manager is responsible for defining the Delivery roadmap and providing effective and efficient Delivery to the customers.
- Responsible for F&A operations and Profit and Loss for the process
- Responsible to meet contractual obligations and client expectations of clients
- Responsible to meet overall customer satisfaction metrics
- Developing uniform production metrics across all the clients
- Tracking of growth across all the existing clients and translating this into Invoicing. Vetting of all Invoices relating to Billing processing across all the clients
- Communicate with the clients on issues that are strategic importance to us and the client
- Coordinate with Director - Operations in conducting the Business Reviews and following up with all the clients as actions flagged out of the Business Reviews
- Implement effective and transparent reporting system on Account Management
- Forecasting, Planning and indenting for resources, staffing on different clients
- To continuously monitor and review the performance of Account Managers, Associate Operations Managers, Client Managers or Team Leaders as applicable
Experience :
- 14 to 18 Years of Experience in Service Delivery Management Infrastructure Management Services across locations,
- Should have handled large Team Multi-location Exposure
- Manage key client stakeholders/organization expectations on the targets.
- Get engaged with Business towers and gain understanding of Account Plan, Client engagement and reviews, Internal and Vendor stakeholder's reviews.
- Experience in team Management, Recruitment and managing appraisals. Manage teams both on client site and offshore for delivering large programs.
