Directs the activities of the HR Ops Capability Management function. Oversees the governance of the HR Ops KM, planning of the Training methodologies and framework, course design, delivery, and support documentation. Ensures KM governance, training program(s), resources and curriculum meet company and customer objectives. Maintains communication with internal and/or external customers to ensure effectiveness of CM programs. - Leads the planning, management and governance of the HR Ops KM, Training program design and delivery - Ensures the program(s) and curriculum meet company and customer objectives. - Actively engages with various stakeholders like the HR KM, COEs and internal customers to ensure effectiveness of the capability management team's programs - Defines the operating model to drive the HROps team Capability through various programs and interventions - Acts as an informational source on organizational practices and procedures. - Takes lead in addressing both internal and external issues regarding HR Ops Knowledge management, training design and delivery. - Oversees the creation of training content that will be implemented globally throughout the regions - Ensures the content and delivery of training materials are appropriately tailored to the specific audience (regional and local country considerations). - Motivates staff and creates team cohesion. - Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group, including improving training and contributing to business metrics. - Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce. - Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions with team members
