What you'll achieve : This critical role will support the North America GBO organization in driving growth and profitability through assessing trends in data, developing forward-looking financial plans and recommendations, identifying risks and opportunities, driving strategic initiatives, coordinating across key partners and stakeholders, and optimizing key sales levers to improve business performance. Additionally, this role will require someone who thrives working in a fast paced and growth-oriented function and who can lead teams to successful outcomes. You will : - Advice and councils North America sales and operations leader on business issues with facts and analysis - Lead core planning processes and key business initiatives across several stakeholders - Manage programs and key initiatives for sales benefit against planning strategies. Researches problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve. - Develop complex solutions to business problems through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers - Develop innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improves business performance and contributes to corporate goals and strategic intent. - Evolve GTM model for focused selling areas such as Inside Sales, Product Specialties and Channel rebalancing - Establish Sales account segmentation &amp; tiering model to inform quality territory design. - Define global and regional guidelines for well-formed territories incorporating productivity ratios, market conditions and territory penetration - Build account portfolios leveraging talent analytics data (skill set, tenure, seller capacity) to match assignment of resources to portfolio ensuring appropriate coverage and seller opportunity for greatest account potential. - Use insights and analytics to measure Sales productivity, aid in future capacity planning, and help inform AOP/ Sales coverage and resourcing models - Review Sales comp plan performance, and interface with Global Compensation Team to standardize comp design across Sales organizations, learn about new requirements, and gain consensus. - Lead analytics, sales planning and strategies for multiple lines of business such as Client, Server and Storage.
