Delivery Transformation Head - IT Infrastructure - IIT/IIM

NOTE: DELIVERY TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVE EXP IS MUST

Candidate should have been involved with delivery transformation initiatives, leading to significant transformation of delivery, cost, profitability, service level and customer satisfaction - and some truly disruptive initiatives.

The incumbent will have a proven track record of success lading large delivery or practices teams, roadmap development, delivery/account management and deployment of large scale and high quality technology solutions in IT Infrastructure service

A successful track record exemplifying his/her consistency in delivering results.

Strong business acumen and partnership skills.

Conceputally sound, articulate and a systems thinker and a quick execution expert, can manage ambiguity and excel in a fast paced environment.

IT Infra expertise, knows the nuts and bolts of day-to-day delivery

Effective communicator, Proactive planner with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities

Quick learner with an ability to scale up and flexible on work timings

Assertive and solution-oriented with an ability to meet strict timelines and adhere to processes

Academics: IIT/ IIM most preferred.
