The organisation is a well known American Brand and a world leader in Fast Food space is looking for a dynamic Leader with proven industry experience: Product Head - Delivery Technology Role and Requirements: 1) Total 10+ years of work experience with at least 5 years in product management and 2 years solid exposure to delivery tech. 2) Should have headed a team of at least 5 product / project managers 3) Must have end to end knowledge (theoretical and execution both) of following aspects of a delivery tech platform: - Work Force Management: Platform to manage full time, part time and pay per hour or pay per order delivery personnel. - Order Allocation Engine: Used to allocate orders in an optimized way to delivery personnel - Mobile app used by delivery personnel for accepting orders and GPS tracking - Integration with Point of Sale - Management dashboard f) Corresponding Business intelligence and analytics 4) Experience in a Food Tech platform will be a definite advantage but not mandatory 5) Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technology and decisions 6) BA/BS degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related experiences, MBA a plus 7) Experience working with cross functional teams, especially operations 8) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an affinity for comprehensive business and product documentation. 9) Demonstrable enthusiasm and energy for delivering successful, impactful products.
