In IT Transformation and IT strategy, Prior to an MBA 2-4 years of experience in coding or software development.  KRA  You will be working on IT diagnostic and transformation projects.   You will be responsible to deliver IT solutions stand-alone or as a part of a project.   In projects you will interact with both junior and senior client stakeholders (up to C-level), supervise and coordinate analyst(s) for data gathering, analyze and problem solve complex client issues, and build end deliverables.   You will act as subject matter expert in the field of software coding and IT performance diagnostics  Projects will be run both in India and globally, especially in USA and Europe.
