- Demonstrate experience in establishing contact, communicating services messages, developing the relationship, and fostering partnership 

- Demonstrate knowledge of forecasting demand for each service in the catalog 

- Experience in steering the direction of the end-to-end process through effective management 

- Experience in providing input for supply/ resource allocation with forecasted demand 

- Developing overall change and communications strategy and plan 

- Effective written and oral communication skills
