Skills Description

- Retail Domain background is a must

- 12+ years experience in information technology, including leading project teams in systems analysis or software engineering

- Candidate should have broad understanding of technology areas in Java/open technology stack and should have preferably executed projects in few of new age technology areas like Microservices, Spring MVC/Struts, node.JS, Spring Boot, Mobile

- 5+ years experience of development and delivery in Retail or Digital Systems

- Experience with executing projects in the supply chain areas within Source to Pay and/or Order to Cash or eCommerce.

- Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures

- Experience developing team-level plans and contributing to annual budgets.

- Knowledge of multiple SDLC methodologies, standards, procedures and organization that contribute to the development and deployment of technology solutions.

- Skills in resource management, project prioritization, problem solving, issue management and negotiation, and mediation

- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly to critical issues.

- Systems analysis and design skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and across divisions.

- Uses business knowledge, innovative thinking, and sound judgment in the solution of problems or the pursuit of business opportunities.
