Job Summary:

The Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery process of healthcare staffing solutions. This individual will be responsible for managing the recruitment and placement of qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure the delivery of high-caliber healthcare professionals to clients.

4. Operational Efficiency:

- Optimize the end-to-end delivery process to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field (Preferred - Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, etc.).

- 7 years of experience in healthcare staffing or a related industry.

- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.

- Strong understanding of the US healthcare industry and staffing processes.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.

- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards in healthcare staffing.
