Delivery Manager - Strategy & Innovation - US Healthcare

JOB REQUIREMENT :

- A strong leader with US healthcare experience would be preferred

- Hands-on experience working in incubation or accelerator profiled companies / environment

- Identify Organizational development opportunities through Innovation and Automation.

- 4+ yrs of experience in interfacing and forging partnership with premium institutes and startups in pursuit of innovative breakthroughs

- Plan and execute the lifecycle process for Institutes and startups for joint collaboration in executing programs leveraging technology for Innovation to address complexities

- Act as facilitator for the organization in evaluating new startups for identifying use cases for business through innovative thought process

- Responsible for cross function leadership

- Inspire creative thought process and problem-solving through engagement with institutions and startups that can transform healthcare business of ELV

EXPERIENCE :

- 10 to 15 years in IT experience

- US Healthcare is preferred

- Managing large scale engagement programs with premium institutes and startup eco system through incubation centers and collaboration programs

- Experience dealing with Digital transformation projects, Strategy management.

- Knowledge in Automation is preferred

- Collaboration across teams to provide governance

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Provide empowerment to different teams being accountable

- Insight to different technology streams including AI / ML / RPA with full stack experience

- Knowledge of end-to-end process and methods for lean startup and rapid prototyping of projects

- Skill in identifying transformational opportunities for the organization through insights of US healthcare business problem statements

- Preferred to have completed NetApp ExcellerateHER program / certification.

QUALIFICATION - BE in Computer Science or Information technology preferred and MBA
