Key Responsibilities - - Direct and hands on involvement in the development process, with a strong emphasis on server-side technologies. - Lead and manage a dynamic team of at least 5 to 8 members, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented environment. - Oversee project lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, New Product Development, Other Delivery teams to align project objectives with company goals. - Drive efficiency improvements through hands-on technical work and team mentorship. Key Requirements - - A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant industry experience in software development. - At least 2-3 years of direct experience in managing a technical team of atleast 5 members - Must Have Proficiency in Django, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, and Redis. - Demonstrated ability in leading projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - - Experience with Microservices Architecture and AWS cloud services. - Adept at quickly adapting to new technologies and frameworks.
