Salesforce CRM Delivery Manager
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a trusted partner and collaborate to deliver value from Organisation.
- Understand the business roadmap and vision, ensuring team alignment with business priorities and goals.
- Lead CRM/SF solutions, ensuring development aligns with design documents and principles.
- Manage the team and act as a point of escalation.
- Plan and track work schedules and resource utilization, along with delivery estimates.
- Provide technical thought leadership across various aspects of technical delivery.
- Collaborate with business partners and teams.
- Identify and address any delays or issues, developing mitigation plans.
- Ensure daily standups occur and project trackers are updated.
- Participate in team selection, hiring, and coaching, focusing on building a high-performing team.
- Interact with relevant stakeholders.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science/information technology with over 12+ years of experience leading and driving transformation for better business outcomes.
- Experience in leading and managing CRM/SF capability, driving technology thought leadership and transformation.
- Exposure to CRM/SF solutions and architecture.
- Experience defining and executing appropriate strategies, operating models, and delivery models.
- Experience in developing people and managing their performance and aspirations to maximize business outcomes.
- Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good understanding of the manufacturing domain.
- Exposure to Scrum Master and Project Management metrics.
