Delivery Manager - Recruitment Lead - Tech Recruitment Consulting Firm

We are a new recruitment consultancy to support India's best & upcoming new age funded organisations.

Currently looking for a recruitment lead who comes from agency background with at least 4 years of experience.

The person will be involved in :

- Hiring the team, structure & expansion strategy.

- Should be extremely hands on.

- Should have entrepreneurial DNA.

- Should have managed a team of at least 3 recruiters.

- Should be well versed with latest technologies trends, industry movements, funding status etc.

- Should be able to take complete responsibilities of client delivery & profitability of firm.

- Should have handled mobile app/eCommerce/dotcom clients.

We have India's best technology organisation as clients and work only in mid to senior roles.

The position will have good salary and extremely aggressive incentives.

You can easily make up to 15 Lacs every year if delivered well.
