Job Description: Delivery Manager
Must:
- Experience of Elearning, preferable LMS implementation and delivery
- Experience of delivering to Global Publishers
- Background in tech, ELT, data science would be an added advantage
- Potential to grow into pre-sales / account management/product management would be an added advantage.
Role:
- Strong operations professional skilled in ADDIE, E-Learning, Client Engagement, Team Management, Requirements Analysis, Sales Support and Learning Management.
- Develop & maintain quality assurance standards and processes and manage quality improvement activities per assigned Project
- Monitor projects on an on-going basis, evaluating progress and quality, tracking in detail projects assigned on cost, time, overruns, key issues, seat utilization, managing the issue-resolution process and taking corrective actions as necessary via standard project reporting methods.
- Provide continuous feedback and escalation on project status (Internal/External).
- Ensure that vendors adhere to quality management systems and Facilitate post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
- Participate in project estimating (Scope management, Resource planning, Effort, Cost etc) activities.
