We are looking at a person who can:
- Services Delivery Planning and Management - Work with our Product and Analytics teams to define service scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of work; organize and lead project meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned services delivery.
- Management Support - Support in managing customer expectations for services deliverable's, managing stakeholder communications and helping to implement an effective system of services governance
- Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team and escalate any significant issues to the appropriate management team as needed
- Organize and facilitate scrum meetings, which includes sprint planning, daily scrums or stand-ups, sprint check-in, sprint review & retrospective
- Report on service status, issues, progress, etc. to stakeholders and management. Provide updates via review meetings and dashboards
- Communicate delivery risks and troubleshoot them
- Develop dashboards and integrations between systems to automate manual tasks and decrease mundane workload on teams
- Handle multiple customers even at a Directorial level to understand their requirements and translate the same to the team members.
- Should have worked in the Analytics domain more inclined to a managerial role
- Constantly monitor services delivery quality through well-established QA processes
Skills:
- Should have attended a top university or Tier I or II Engineering college
- Should have the technical understanding of the software development cycle
- Should have 5+ years- experience as software PM working with Agile methodologies
- Should have a solid understanding of software development life cycle models
- Should be an expert on both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, and you possess the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a services and business environment
- Should have excellent skills in capacity planning, services management, processes, and change management
- Should work independently with a strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver
- Should have the ability to clarify, articulate, and document issues
- Should be highly analytical and organizational, and are a master of time management and problem-solving
- Should have exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
