Opportunity in Manlog Practice – Delivery Manager –Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for end to end delivery management of offshore activities across technological areas including P/L management for customers in Process Manufacturing/Logistics/Energy & Utilities area

- Manage and report all aspects of the delivery including budgets, margin, resourcing, delivery parameters.

- Will be responsible for End to End solution for large & challenging engagements, value creating and cost estimation

- Help in driving account mining and business development. Should lead teams through a robust Bid Management process to achieve all required steps and approvals to meet client strict and tight deadlines

- Commercial Management: Understand the key legal and financial levers and the major client drivers in order to ensure that pricing, legal position and proposal are aligned

- Team Leadership & Excellent Writing and Comprehension skills

Skills Required

- At least 10 to 12 years IT Services experience.

- Domain experience in Utilities/O &G/ Process Manufacturing

- Strong delivery management skills to manage a large program spanning multiple horizontals and offshore locations across India.

- Ability to understand and work as a leader of virtual team. Must have worked with team spread across geographies

- Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

- Managing large deals multi-million dollar deals across multiple months. Must have capability to lead Win theme and deal strategy for large bids. Customer interface in phases such as oral defense, due diligence, reverse due diligence, BAFO and contracting

- Very good knowledge of bid pricing and deal shaping strategies. Must have demonstrated ability to represent a deal in reviews and approval boards

- Should be mature and good team player as the roles involved interacting with multiple stakeholders.

- Preferred Onsite experience working as a service delivery manager

- Preferably ITIL certified.

- C2.0, IDE, PHS implementation and tracking experience
