Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the account to deliver service, revenue, cost and risk improvements in line with the account objectives and business objectives of the client
- Track and monitor the progress during each phase and report issues/risks on time
- Establish Project Reviews and Communication Governance
- Manage customer expectations, handle escalations and stakeholder communications
- Manage staffing requirements, allocations across projects
- Understand Client Vision and IT Roadmap and support Account specific plan to align connected products based offerings with Customer requirements
- Facilitate presentation of POVs / Solutions / Capabilities to customers on need basis
- Identify areas of value-add in current projects, support opportunity pursuits, submit Proposals and prepare SOW/Work Orders
Interpersonal Skills :
- Excellent customer management skills
- Strong delivery management skills and the ability to manage multiple service lines presentation skills, oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand and work as a leader of virtual team. Must have worked with team spread across different locations, including near shore
- Proven track record on delivering large scale projects with P&L responsibility.
Industry specific knowledge :
- Domain knowledge in Manufacturing. Should have lead the teams in maintenance of MoM applications like EAM, MES, Quality, LIMS, SCADA, Historian etc.
