Essential Skills:

- Management skills, including project management capabilities, and a hold on budget control and process compliance

- Technology background with reasonable experience in product based software projects preferred.

- Responsible for delivery of software projects within set parameters of cost, effort, timelines, and quality

- Supporting aligned project teams with resolutions in Project planning, scheduling and monitoring activities as well as escalation management

- Effective Customer Engagement

- Ensure profitability in projects through effective monitoring and control overall

- Ensure process compliance in projects against CMMI standards

- Establish/ refine service delivery processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness

- Manage resource projections and billable Utilization numbers

- Reduce costs and streamline the process without adversely impacting the client experience ,

- Monthly reviews with PM-Leads t discuss projects, billing, resource projections, quality and process compliance

- Attend Kick off Calls of key projects - this may require travel

- Drive Capability Building in various functions by identifying trainings, understanding process gaps etc.

- Keep tab on monthly C-SAT score and drive actions to address concerns raised in surveys - constantly assess customer feedback and make necessary improvements.

- Ensuring RCAs are done timely wherever required

- Management reviews

- Resolution of conflicts in projects, amongst associates, with customers or iner department issues

- Extend support to the Product Helpdesk for meeting Support SLAs through timely resolution of Project level tickets
