P&L responsibility of assigned accounts/projects  3. Overall responsibility of managing end to end delivery for assigned projects  4. Interface with key client stakeholders - need to be extremely proactive.  5. Provide thought leadership to client and to the team  6. Extreme focus on customer delight  Desired Qualifications/Experience  1. Bachelors/ Master's degree in software engineering from a reputed educational institution.   2. Has managed min 100 to 150 people and has the ability to scale up in a multiple projects scenario  3. Must be a strong communicator   4. Strong in managing agile projects   5. Technology area managed - Core technology (Java/J2EE, .Net, Mobility etc)  6.
