Delivery Manager - IT

1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Review Multiple Projects, customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities. Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.

b. Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.

c. Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.

d. Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

e. Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.

f. Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.

g. Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.

h. Serve as primary contact for existing customer inquiries and concerns.

i. Perform existing customer negotiations for delivery rates.

j. Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.

k. Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.

l. Develop scope and budget for delivery projects

m. Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.

n. Experience of dealing with Management to take the inputs about development and convey it to the team for further development

o. A Go getter personality for ensuring the timelines of development target to be achieved

p. Good to have project management certification

q. Should display strong team management skills to achieve the development work smoothly

r. Good project management and people management skills.

s. Good communication skills to ensure smooth flow of assigning tasks to the team

2. TECHNICAL SKILLS :

a. Manager and delivery projects using - AI/ML, SAS, Enterprise Application Integration and Cloud.

b. Very strong in all enterprise Java frameworks Java, J2EE, Spring,Springboot, Hibernate, Web Services, Restful APIs, SOA Architecture, JIRA, Git, Java Script frameworks like Angular and JQuery, My SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server etc

c. Experience in Pre-Sales - defining end to end solution architecture covering technical, deployment architectures and non-functional & performance aspects

d. Very strong experience in managing enterprise applications in Java with multiple medium to large teams

e. Experience working in Agile scrum model

f. Experience in using Jira and other project management tools
