1. Extensive use and application of knowledge about Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and its applicability in real-world use cases 2. Ensure process assessments leveraging knowledge about the different IPA solutions and its capabilities, knowledge about the different process scenarios and their corresponding automation solutions, Good and Bad scenarios for automation 3. Understanding of IPA methodology and the associated templates and roles and responsibilities 4. Proposes and elicits innovative digital solutions through discussions with team members by cascading information on Process Changes 5. Understands and articulates problems/issues in a timely and accurate manner from the delivery/operations teams 6. Prepare business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), Business Requirement Documents, (BRD) and use cases 7. Participate in exploring solutions for problems and process bottlenecks 8. Actively contributes to change implementation initiatives on the floor 9. Reports issues related to problems/opportunities to transformation leaders 10. Play a pivotal role in executing transformation governance model to build the continuous improvement culture 11. Should deliver client presentations, business development and presales support for continuous improvement and innovation 12. Must have project managed 5 high impact Automation/Analytics end to end 13. Must have RPA automation life cycle management experience 14. Must be Black belt certified from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology 15. Must have experience in relevant domain &amp; reputed KPO is preferred. 16. Must have 11 years of work experience with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
