Job Title: Delivery Manager - Digital Web

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Purpose:
- Managing development and delivery of Digital Customer Experience Portals portfolio business units in alignment with agreed business plans.
- Ownership of all web based digital platforms.
Key deliverables:
- Business Support in terms of the Technology Road Map / Strategy User interaction & interface design
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Problem definition, scoping of IT projects, IT project pipeline planning, business case preparation and securing sponsor buy in
- Work with different technical COE to ensure delivery / resolution within timelines and budgets.
- Web Platforms solution delivery
- Monitor and delivery process and deliverables sign off IT Services Utilization and Adoption by business users
- Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and CAPS score through IT services
- Budgets & planning (annual and quarterly)
- Keep regularly updated on industry trends, challenges, technology adoption levels and solution landscape
- Clear understanding of Agile delivery processes
- Inhouse Capability and reduction on external Vendor Dependence
