Job Description:
- Ensure high client satisfaction levels (measured by surveys and repeat business).
- Work with Sales and Presales teams to improve the quality of solutions (proposed to assigned clients) to move up the value chain.
- Ensure quality, responsiveness, proactiveness, and problem solving/challenge resolution, and identify any required actions.
- Manage and develop Project Management teams.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity across all accounts.
- Streamline and implement new processes / alternate approaches that create speed and efficiency and support business demands.
- Ensure overall profitability for projects.
- Develop and present MIS and reports to monitor project status and process compliance.
- Monitor outsourced work for quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
