Delivery Manager - DWBI & Analytics - IT

Key Responsibilities

- Head and Lead DWBI and Analytics practice with profitable business growth through effective leveraging of resources.

- Accountable for managing the three main pillars of the practice: people management/ Development, Client centricity and Business Operations.

- Exhibiting DW/BI technology thought leadership and driving growth, profitability, planning, budgeting.

- Responsible for strategic initiatives like new technology incubation, defining winning go to market offering.

- Developing and implementing capability building and training and certification programs.

- Strengthen the existing partnerships & establish new partnership with other relevant technology partners

- Interact with analysts and strengthen alliances through stronger joint go-to-market initiative.

- Responsible for people, attrition management and career planning and development of the team.

- Understand operational parameters like resource utilization, attrition, Gross Margin, competency mix, etc. and manage business growth effectively.

- Build a team to explore new technologies, and to streamline existing technologies by identifying reuse, candidates for productivity improvements and new ways of working

- Able to deal with diverse set of stakeholders and tune abstraction levels to be able to communicate effectively from a developer level to a CTO level

- Should demonstrate Innovation / Out-of-the box thinking during pre-sales, while building solution accelerators/frameworks for business growth.

- Managing and owning large and key account to build long lasting partnership with the customer.

- Present in external forums and build network

Desired Candidate Profile

- Must have a minimum of 18 years of experience in IT industry with very good experience in architecting, designing and implementing in DWBI and Analytics technologies.

- Proficient in articulation, communication and presentation

- High learning agility - ability to adapt and deliver results in highly unstructured situations and on new technologies

- Ability to lead teams both from a technology and a mentoring angle

- Able to deal with diverse set of stakeholders and tune abstraction levels to be able to communicate effectively from a developer level to a CTO level

- Multiple industry exposure such as BFSI, Transportation, Retail, Manufacturing and Consumer good will be good to have.

- Strong people management skills - Ability to build high performing teams, mentoring team members, building a strong second line, ability to attract & retain talent

- Should have contributed to BoK (Body of Knowledge, Whitepapers, Blogs and should have presented in external forums on the topic of mainstream and emerging web technologies and trends.
