The CRM Competency Director would be a crucial member of the Delivery Organization and report directly to the CDO - Chief Delivery Officer. His/her responsibilities would be as follows:

Key task areas :

- Provide technology leadership for the CRM Competency

- Expertise in growth strategies (from delivery perspective) for all strategic and growth accounts to ensure revenue growth for the CRM Competency

- New business development for the CRM Competency by working closely with Sales

- Would own Capability, Offering and GTM from delivery perspective

- Optimize talent costs (pyramid, automation and bench costs)

- Talent plan (short and long term) and ensure availability

- Ensure good quality in key roles within the Competency.

- Delivery tools, processes and methodologies for executing projects

- Review all projects for technology excellence and take technology ownership of all projects

- Own people plans and ensure good engagement of employees

- Development of leadership pipeline

Goals / Metrics for success :

- Revenue Growth

- New business Total Contract Value (TCV)

- New customers (numbers)

- Gross Margin as per company standards

- Customer satisfaction score as per company standards

- Project health : Technology domain

- Attrition : as per company standards

- Employee Engagement & Satisfaction

Pre-requisites :

- 20+ years of total IT experience & at least 10+ years of experience in managing software projects or architecting solutions.

- In-depth technology and engineering skills

- Ability to understand customer business priorities, IT vision and plans

- Good solutioning capability

- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- Excellence in processes and methodologies

- Good people management skills. Ability to care for people

- Inspire Accountability and team work

- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.

- Excellent decision-making ability

- Ability to collaborate with various teams

- Take Accountability and result oriented.
