Delivery Manager - Digital Solutions - Insurance

JOB TITLE: Delivery Manager - IT

GRADE: Deputy Vice President

CTC - Rs 30-35 lpa (fixed) + 15% (Variable)

OBJECTIVE: A Digital solutions Delivery Manager role responsible to spearhead a team of 4-5 IFL Project Managers that will lead the assigned Integration Projects.

JOB SUMMARY:

- Accountable to the team's delivery and performance

- Responsible to manage the delivery within the allocated budget and agreed project schedule

- Managing a delivery portfolio of 4-5 IFL Project managers and a few Vendor partners

- Responsible to review the deliverables of the team

- Project Status review on a daily basis for all the ongoing projects and also plan for the projects that are in pipeline

- Responsible to lead, guide and mentor the team on timely basis

- Responsible to understand the business requirements, review the design and estimation, track the development progress, help the team in case of any impediments and ensuring the Delivery Quality and On Time delivery to UAT and Production.

- Supporting the Vendor partners and the project team, right from briefing the requirement, solutioning along-side and getting the delivery out of business partner team and escalating whenever necessary to keep time schedule and cost intact.

- Ensure timely delivery with First Time Right (FTR)

- Managing the Financials of the projects - Cost approvals, PR, PO, Invoice management.

- Proactively identify areas of improvements and identify solutions for the same.

- Ensure key success parameters of all projects assigned are met.

- Ability to track, identify and highlight risks for early mitigation

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Projects with Quality Deliveries within FTR as 95%

- Timely Deliveries on Project with 95 % TAT met with UAT delivery

- Project deliveries are within the Approved Budget

WORK EXP.

- 15+ years of work experience, with at-least 10+ years in Project Manager role, preferably in a Technology Organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

- B.Tech/BSC IT/MBA

- Effective communication skills,

- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, with internal and external stake holders

- Understanding of software development life cycle

- Project Management Certification preferred

- Should have experience Digital project deliveries (B2B and B2C)

- Understanding and experience in web/Mobile applications and Integrations

- Should have team management and stake- holder management experience

- Experience in Cloud, API/Microservices, DevSecOps, Application architecture and Agile knowhow.
