Delivery Manager - DevOps - Software Infrastructure

Responsibilities :

- Partner with stakeholders to define DevOPS Toolsets requirements broadly across Lifion's Platform.

- Design and build software infrastructure for complete CI for the build and testing of the platform.

- Monitor and Manage the Infra Engineering, including provisioning stacks, deploying applications, supporting application, debugging problems impacting uptime of applications.

- Develop custom tools and integration with existing tools to increase engineering productivity

- Proactively advocate for new and enhanced infra capabilities

- Analyze, vet and implement advanced infra engineering solutions for a global scale enterprise software platform hosted on the public cloud.

- Drive progressive fully distributed systems delivery across multiple data centers and cloud hosting regions.

- Evangelize cloud infrastructure and support best practices across the organization.

- Lead a team of highly skilled system engineering and devops professionals.

- Align priorities across engineering group's, product development and senior leadership

- Pro Active Monitoring of the Health of the Infra & Application.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Experience managing devops teams

- Detailed Technical Knowledge on cloud infrastructure and tools, especially Terraform and Ansible.

- Practicing Infrastructure as a Code Principle.

- Experience with networking technologies, including network security, IAM and other data access controls.

- Adequate knowledge of web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures, Micro-services, Containerization of services) and of network/web related protocols. This includes very basics of web like using REST protocol, using JSON data format.

- Interest in all aspects of infrastructure research and development

- Proficient with Jenkins

- Expertise on Any Provisioning & Orchestration Toolset

- Expertise on Python and Shell

- Expertise in System Engineering (Linux)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on infra management and application support experience in a production capacity

- Familiarity with a range of open source devops toolsets (e.g., hashicorp products,jenkins CI/CD, etc)

- Knowledge of microservices and service-oriented-architecture concepts
