This pivotal role requires your physical presence in our Noida office. We work collaboratively with local and remote teams in India and Canada, seamlessly blending the best of both worlds in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire multiple teams of Accountants/Bookkeepers and Payroll Specialists, each handling monthly financial reports and other time-sensitive deliverables for diverse clients.

- Ensure flawless delivery within agreed SLAs, maintaining a delicate balance of schedule and budget adherence.

- Uphold the highest quality standards using company-approved tools and processes, contributing to our unwavering commitment to excellence.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery, providing timely updates and effectively handling escalations.

- Cultivate and nurture a productive relationship with the Onshore team.

- Take charge of building and nurturing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Over 12 years of relevant industry experience.

- Proven success in delivering services for US/Canadian clients, consistently exceeding client expectations.

- More than 5 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing accounting/bookkeeping or other back-office services teams in an onshore-offshore model.

- Expertise in service delivery practices, encompassing process and quality standards, and adept at risk management.

- Outstanding communication skills, including proficiency in verbal and written English.
