Key Responsibilities :

- Highly desirable to have BFS domain and wealth management background Person has to have primary work experience in US, UK/Europe or ANZ. India and Asia/Middle East experience is not relevant for Insurance vertical.

- Between the 5 competencies of Technology, Domain, Delivery Management, Client Handling and Communication, strong competency is required in at least 3 of these, and the other 2 competency areas have to be at competent level.

- Executed end-to-end project deliveries includes, business problem definition, conceptualization, process definition, identification of business enablers.

- Envisioned responsibilities in defining, communicate, analyze trends and act KPIs for service delivery projects, new and maintenance development projects and program, defined lighter version of Quality Management Framework, IT security policies, process and procedures.

- Making global operations more transparent, predictable, cost effective and adaptable.

- Demonstrated abilities in setting-up of application maintenance support framework, software solution delivery, product services, application production support service migration, system capacity management, service management, escalation management and program management

- Metrics Management: Implemented and Tracked Projects through Project Management controls, i.e., through regular KPIs, KRAs, process compliance review(PCR), causal analysis, production support metrics, SLA, business continuity planning (BCP), internal & external surveillance audit, customer satisfaction.

- Involved in system technical review and process efficiency recommendations to stakeholders.

- Team Mentoring & Skill Development: Built teams through right skill resource matrix, aligning resources according to project skill requirements; maintaining continuous inter-personal communication with team; understanding every associate's career aspirations, nurtured individual as resourceful team member, provided clear career growth plan along-with core character values through team building exercises.

- Developed regional key skill leaders to ensure proper systems knowledge transition.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Leadership skills to mentor, grow and retain team.

- Comfortable working with cross functional teams in collaboration.
