Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and refine comprehensive hiring strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.

- Manage project profitability and ensure all hires are delivered within agreed-upon SLAs.

- Champion innovative hiring models to enhance client experience and recruitment efficiency.

- Partner with key client stakeholders to provide valuable insights and strategic guidance.

- Design and deliver training programs to empower your team and foster continuous development.

- Foster strong collaboration across regional teams to drive continuous process improvement.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

- A minimum of 14 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 10 years in RPO or a similar role.

- Proven track record of managing at least 1000-2000 hires annually.

- Experience leading and motivating a team of 40+ recruitment professionals.

- Demonstrated success in hiring across IT domains (IT services, infrastructure, product, engineering).

- A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.

- A passion for staying current on the latest trends and technologies in the recruitment industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen and project management skills to drive profitable growth.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
