Delivery Leader - RPO

We are looking for an onsite Delivery Leader to be deputed with one of our clients in Research & Analytics industry. The position is based at the client's location in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities :

- Understanding the clients needs and delivering value by creating right solutions for them.

- Interaction with Business Head to discuss the requirement plan and device an action plan.

- Interacting & developing rapport with all stake holders and partnering with business in contributing to the decisions when selecting candidates

- Create and review the hiring strategy and model.

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from requirement download, sourcing, selection, offer negotiation to on boarding the candidates

- Sourcing best talent through Job boards, Employee Referral Program and social media

- Create active pipeline of Talent Pool for critical upcoming positions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in hiring,

- Stakeholder Management & has the ability to interact across levels

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Ability to work under pressure
