Job opening for Delivery Leader and Practice leader role in AI/ ML/ cognitive technologies.

- The person will be the prime responsible for planning and executing AI Solutions. This is a multi- dimensional role that cuts across all facets of program management that includes delivery planning, Interfacing with AI Engineering team, customer management, financials, people management and operations. Requires good exposure to driving large transformational programs, solution rollouts, Digital technologies, AI automation solutions using Agile methodologies.

Total Experience : 14+ years

Qualification Required: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech

Certification in AI, ML or automation would be a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Front end delivery of use cases for automation using AI platform/ solution components for customers across verticals. This would include building PoCs/ Pilots to rollout of solutions into Production.

2. Work closely with Product Engg teams to identify and choose the right solution components to deliver the use cases.

3. Engage with Business Process Consulting teams to propose optimal solution and support building the execution plans, pricing etc.

4. SPOC for delivering AI solutions that would require collaborative working with multiple stakeholders including customers, account management teams, BPS teams, internal Engg teams

5. Resource Planning and Infrastructure planning for project execution with Ops team

6. Leading a team of Program Leads/ Project Managers and other technical staff working across project streams

7. Customer Management, Program monitoring, status reporting, participation in governance calls

Skills:

1) Product development lifecycle experience

2) Digital Transformation experience

3) Tech Architect background with experience in delivering projects involving technologies like Core Java, Python, Analytics/ Data Science, Web Applications, complex data processing

4) Knowledge of Machine learning/AI/NLP concepts.

5) Agile delivery model

6) Good financial orientation

7) Go getter with good communication and customer handling skills

8) Ability to deal with uncertainties, quick course corrections to suit project delivery goals

9) Strong team player
